Sri Balaji Coatings was started in the year 2020 at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The company is a leading service provider in powder coating for industries in and around Coimbatore. The company provides quality and timely service in powder coating and related services. The company provides durable, reliable, economical and sustaining and consistent services by maintaining excellent work ethics and quality management principles.
Sri Balaji Coatings has an installed capacity to handle up to 10 tonnes in a day. We have a sophisticated lab facility with micron testing, chemical testing and visual inspection table. The company has a 8 tank pre-treatment process for mild steel processing and 8 tank chromating process for aluminium jobs. The stringent quality maintenance is achieved by operating with imported powder coating gun, LPG powered oven with maximum heating capacity up to 250oC and skilled operators with 10+ years of work experience.
Sri Balaji Coatings is a 9001:2015 certified company with work experience in handling pure polyester, epoxy polyester, metallic, polyurethane powder. With good quality and timely service has led to developing work ties with some of the leading industries.
Our Process
Preparation is key
Just like painting, a clean surface is essential for a good bond. In powder coating, the object is thoroughly cleaned and prepped to remove any contaminants like oil, grease, or rust.
Electrostatic Attraction
Powder coating uses dry powder particles that are electrostatically charged. A special gun sprays the powder, giving it a positive charge that attracts it to the grounded object being coated.
Heat sets it all
Once the powder is applied, the object is placed in a curing oven. The heat melts the powder particles, causing them to flow together and form a smooth, durable coating.
Tough and versatile
Compared to traditional paint, powder coating offers a much tougher, more chip-resistant finish. It's also available in a wide variety of colours and finishes, making it a popular choice for many applications.
